How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. For larger events we recommend three to six months. Smaller gatherings and day-of coordination can often be booked with less notice, depending on our calendar.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. Tell us your budget on the consultation call and we'll build the plan around it, and tell you honestly what is realistic.
Are vendor costs included in your fee?
No. Our fee covers planning and coordination. Venue, food, décor, and other vendors are billed separately, and we help you track them in a clear budget.
How do I reserve my date?
Your date is held once you sign the agreement and pay the deposit.
Where do you work?
Kansas City and the surrounding area, on both sides of the state line. Travel outside the metro is quoted separately.
